Essential care

Mild products that provide relief and work in balance with the natural pH of your skin.

A mild cleanser can help keep sensitive skin fresh and clean at the end of the day. Micellar water is a make-up remover and can help remove dirt without making your skin dry.
Use a cotton disk soaked in eye make-up remover. Hold it against your closed eye a little bit longer to give it time to dissolve the most stubborn make-up.

The sun doesn’t need to shine for the skin to suffer the damaging effects of UVA and UVB rays. Your skin can also be damaged during cloudy days. Keep your skin protected all year round by including the use of sunscreen in your skin care routine.

Excessive heat can destabilize sensitive skin. Use lukewarm water to wash your face and avoid very hot showers. If you feel you need to freshen up your skin, put a hand towel soaked in water in the freezer and use it as a cold compress on irritated skin.

Clean your skin frequently at the beginning and end of each day to remove dirt and impurities.

Keep high levels of hydration to make your skin feel relaxed and clean. Moisturize – drinking lots of water will keep you hydrated.

Put two teaspoons in the fridge and later place the back of the cold spoons over your closed eyes. The cold helps reduce the swelling and it’s a wake-me-up for tired eyes.

Caffeine helps lift volume and wakes up your skin. Also, its anti-inflammatory properties may help improve the appearance of your skin.

Our bodies shed millions of skin cells each day. If you leave these dead skin cells on the surface, they may accumulate and make the skin look dull and pale.
Scrub your skin for a few minutes before carefully cleaning the area with a soft cloth for your face and give back its radiant look to your skin.

Facial self-massage.
The beauty of this trick is that you can do it at any time during your routine to improve the performance of your product.
You just need to take your regular cleanser, scrub, serum or face cream and get to work! This massage is known for stimulating blood flow, reducing swelling and restoring that radiant glow. Work with the tip of your fingers making small circular movements on the T-zone, temple and neck.
